Vintessential.com.au is hosted on a secure server (SSL) to securely process orders. This means that your your credit card numbers, address details and personal information are fully protected.

The online orderform will open in a new window, allowing you to continue browsing, and adding products as you browse. Please include the Catalogue Number and a product description along with the number of products required.

Technical Support
All of our products are backed up with full technical support. We operate our own NATA accredited laboratory and use much of the same equipment that we sell.

With all full Analysis Kit purchases we offer a FREE copy of working Procedures for the test.

Freight
We endeavour to send all goods within 24 hours of receipt of an order. If ordered by 1 pm, then we strive to send the same day. As most of our customers are in rural areas we find it best if you nominate your courier of choice. If you do not nominate a courier, then we generally send by Australia Post or TNT Couriers.

Some of our products are classified as Dangerous Goods and extra precautions, including separate packaging, are required in their transportation. Australia Post does not handle Dangerous Goods. Some minor delays may be experienced in transport of Dangerous Goods. If you require special handling for your order, then please contact us with the details.

If you do not use your own courier on your own account, then a minimum Handling and Freight fee of $17.50 will be added to your order. This charge is applied per order and is a one off charge irrespective of the number of deliveries required to complete your order. For heavy or Dangerous Goods consignments, extra freight will be added at cost.

Local deliveries on the Mornington Peninsula are free for orders over $100.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your Vintessential product within the first 30 days, you may return the product in its original condition for a full refund or credit. Please phone for return instructions. If the product was purchased from a Distributor, please contact the Distributor.

Shipping Damages
If items are damaged in transit, please do the following:

-if the shipment is damaged upon arrival, please have the person delivering endorse the Consignment Note with a statement in regard to the extent of the damage. Then contact our office for return instructions.

-if any damage is found after unpacking please contact our office for return instructions. Please keep all packaging for return.

Pricing
Prices are effective the 1st of February 2003 and are quoted exclusive of GST. We try to hold all prices firm, but due to our suppliers changing their prices we sometimes need to change ours. Therefore, prices in the attached Pricelist are subject to change without notice.

Taxes
Vintessential Laboratories is required to collect GST taxes on goods where GST applies.

How to pay
Payment can be made by cheque or direct deposit to our bank account. Some credit cards are also accepted (Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa). Testing results and/or products ordered will not be released until payment has been received.

Credit accounts may be issued at the discretion of management. Minimum trading criteria are applied.

Minimum Order
A minimum order of $20 applies.
