of our work. 

As an Oenology Laboratory, we do more than just supply you with results: we can also recommend

the most appropriate testing for your samples, and help you interpret the meaning of the results..

We offer a complete service – analysis, interpretation of results and product recommendations

to help you make more informed decisions and better wine.

  Is to provide you with results and assistance, quickly and accurately.

· Our Guarantee

  We appreciate that you require results promptly in order to make decisions.

  Most routine tests are completed within 2 to 3 working days.  If they are not completed

  in 5 working days, you will not be charged for the testing!

  (Please note that tests marked * in our price list are done by outside laboratories and regrettably

  are not covered by the guarantee. Microbiological culturing also requires at least 10 days to

  confirm negative results and so is also not part of the guarantee or Express Service.)

· Express Service

  For extremely urgent testing, we offer a "same day service" ie - your results are available the

  same  day we receive your sample!. 

  A surcharge applies for this service.

 

· EasyTest Sample System

  Each kit contains sample bottles, adhesive labels for test selection, and Reply Paid stickers for

  mailing your samples to us free of charge.  Contact us to have a kit mailed out to you.

  Packaging Notes

  Please ensure samples are packed securley - especially if you are using glass containers.

  If you are mailing more than one parcel, please ensure parcels are taped together.  This avoids

  samples being separated in the mail, and helps reduce our costs - helping us to keep prices down!

  Postal charges may be incurred if separate packages are sent.
